Harrisburg Area Community College
A multi-campus college, Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) offers a wide variety of credit courses offered through diploma, certificate and associate degree programs. The college also serves as a premier educational and workforce development institution.
The Workforce and Economic Development (WED) Division of the college provides the training, technical resources, and advisors for individual business needs as well as industry-led consortia. WED staff deliver training 24 hours a day, seven days a week in a nine-county region of South Central Pennsylvania. Areas of expertise include the following: manufacturing and technical skills, computer applications, information technology, public safety, management/professional development, transportation, GIS/GPS, and healthcare.
