Pennsylvania Highlands Community College
Pennsylvania Highlands Community College (PHCC)is a public institution offering more than 30 different associate degree, diploma and certificate programs. Students enroll part-time or full-time to pursue a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate; take classes for personal enrichment; obtain career training; or prepare for transfer to other colleges and universities public and private throughout Pennsylvania and neighboring States.
PHCC is also a leader in workforce development training through the Center for Excellence in Workforce Development (CEWD). In the 2004-2005 academic year, CEWD trained over 2,000 individuals in Cambria, Somerset, Blair and Bedford counties.
Pennsylvania Highlands is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
